Spartan Wall Repair (SWR) offers multiple payment options for your convenience. Please review the following terms carefully.

CASH / CHECK / ACH
• No processing fees
• 40% deposit due upon acceptance of the contract
• Remaining 60% due immediately upon project completion

CREDIT CARD / DEBIT CARD
• Subject to a 3% bank processing fee, added to the transaction amount
• 40% deposit due upon acceptance of the contract
• Remaining 60% due immediately upon project completion

WISETACK FINANCING
• Subject to a 5% financing fee, added to the financed amount
• No deposit required
• Financing terms, plans, approvals, and repayment schedules are dictated solely by Wisetack

REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS (ESCROW / TITLE PAYMENTS)
• No deposit required
• Requires contact information for the title and/or escrow agency and documentation verifying that funds have been designated to Spartan Wall Repair (SWR)
• Projects paid through escrow or title will not be completed until after the real estate closing date
